On November 20, the ninth 62,000 dwt multi-purpose pulp ship "COSCO SHIPPING GLORY" N1006 built by COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry (Dalian) was christened and delivered.
"COSCO SHIPPING GLORY" has a total length of 201.8 meters, a width of 32.26 meters, and a depth of 19.3 meters. The ship has a green license. The main engine and auxiliary engines are equipped with SCR systems, which can neutralize the nitrogen oxide generated during fuel discharge and meet the highest requirements of the international convention on the prevention of pollution from ships.
The vessel "COSCO SHIPPING GLORY" is the first 62,000 dwt multi-purpose pulp ship built by COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Dalian) for COSCO Shipping Development. After delivery, it will be chartered and operated by COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers.
