CSE's SeGas system awarded AIP xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-11-12 17:11


On October 30, SeGas Natural Gas Supply System for LNG Fuelled Ships of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Diesel Engine, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, was awarded AIP by China Classification Society.

China Classification Society recognizes that the SeGas Natural Gas Supply System is in full compliance with the relevant requirements of IGF China Classification Society "Specification for Natural Gas Fuel-Powered Ships".

This system is the natural gas supply system independently developed by the company, including bunkering, fuel storage, pressurized gasification, control and safety modules, aiming to provide safe and reliable fuel storage and supply system for LNG powered ships.

SeGas fuel gas supply system meets the relevant requirements of IGF, Classification Society and SGMF, adopts modular design, compact structure, reasonable layout, safety and reliability, especially suitable for large oil tankers, bulk carriers, chemical tankers, container ships and other ocean-going vessels.
