Mr. Fu Gangfeng: New Group President of China Merchants Group
 


On the morning of February 9, 2018, China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. held the leadership (enlarged) meeting. Mr. Fu Gangfeng was appointed as the Group President of China Merchants Group Co., Ltd.
 
It was commissioned by the leaders of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the responsible comrades announced the decisions made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council regarding the adjustment of the director of China Merchants Group Co., Ltd.:
 
The appointment and dismissal of relevant positions shall be handled in accordance with the relevant laws and articles of association.
 
Mr. Fu Gangfeng currently serves as Group President of China Merchants Group Limited. He successively served as employee of Vice Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer of China Merchants Group. 

Mr. Fu is a certified Senior Accountant with a master degree in Engineering Management.
