Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute won the bid for Hainan MSA H2388 cruise rescue ship's on-board tail gas telemetry system project, achieving a breakthrough in the market for monitoring gaseous pollutants in ships.

The ship borne tail gas telemetry system of H2388 cruise rescue ship consists of a high precision ship gas pollutant telemetry analyzer and an intelligent monitoring software platform, which is used for remote telemetry of exhaust emissions from ships entering port and intelligent identification of ships with excessive emissions.

The implementation of the project will assist the maritime authorities to carry out efficient supervision and law enforcement and promote the effective implementation of ship emission regulations.
