CSSC sold and chartered two 55,600 DWT tankers xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-08-10 16:40


On August 7, CSSC Leasing announced that Fortune Leopard and Ray Fount signed Memorandum of Agreement and bareboat charter agreement.

The vessels were two 55,600 DWT tankers with a total value of $70,970,000. One ship was delivered in June 2020 and the other ship is expected to be delivered in August 2020.

Memorandum of Agreement and bareboat charter agreement are entered into by Fortune Grit and Fortune Leopard.

The two companies, Ray Delight and Ray Fount, are both incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and ultimately owned by Ms. Jiang.

Meanwhile, Fortune Grit and Fortune Leopard have agreed to charter the ship back to the charterer at an estimated total rent of approximately $78,071,000.
