OOCL's announcement said that since August 10, 2020, Wang Haimin resigned as executive director and chief executive, executive committee members and inside information committee and risk committee chairman, Huang Xiaowen will be appointed for the company's executive director, chief executive, executive committee members.
According to the documents, Huang xiaowen is deputy general manager of COSCO SHIPPING Group and a member of its leading party members. Mr Huang served as chief executive officer and executive director since 3 August 2018 and as a member of the executive committee and chairman of the insider information committee and risk committee of the company from 18 September 2019.
