New Times completes four-node production in one day xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-07-06 16:41

On July 2, one ship in New Times Shipbuilding was delivered, one ship was launched and two platforms were closed. The four big nodes were realized in the same day, and production reached a new high.
 
At 8:30 am, New Times Shipbuilding held the signing ceremony of "SEA RIO DE JANEIRO", the third 325,000 dwt very large ore carrier built for STX Pan Ocean.
 
The ship is 340 meters long, 62 meters wide, 29.5 meters deep, with a structural draft of 21.4 meters and a load of 325, 000 tons.
 
The delivery is the third ship in a series of six 325,000 ton ore carriers ordered by South Korean owner STX Pan Ocean.
 
At 12:30 at noon, the fourth 325,000 dwt very large ore carrier under construction sailed out.
 
With a total length of 299.95 meters, a vertical length of 294.40 meters, a width of 50 meters, and a depth of 24.9 meters, the 208,000 dwt bulk cargo ship has a designed draft of 16.1 meters, a structural draft of 18.4 meters, and a load of 208,000 tons.
 
Since the resumption of work and production, New Times Shipbuilding has delivered 13 ships, totaling 2.4789 million dwt.
