CSSC announced in the evening of June 18 that Zhang Yingdai would be elected chairman of the 7th board of directors of the company.
The board of directors appoints Ji Jun as general manager of the company, whose term expires at the seventh board of directors.
At the meeting, Mr. Xin Guoliang was elected as chairman of the 7th board of supervisors.
Zhang Yingdai, born in May 1962, has successively held the posts of vice director of financial department of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, chairman of China Shipbuilding Industry Technology Investment Development, chairman of China Shipbuilding Industry Asset Management (Beijing).
Ji Jun, born in March 1964, has successively held the position of constructor of Zhonghua Shipyard, general manager of Shanghai Shipyard.
