The 13th Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors of China State Shipbuilding Corporation was held on June 3, 2020.
After voting, the meeting deliberated and adopted the plan on adjusting the composition of the 7th board of directors of CSSC:
Given the fact that the shares of the subject company and major asset restructuring projects have been transferred, the company's asset scale has actually changed significantly.
Lei Fanpei is no longer chairman and director of the 7th Board of Directors of the company. Yang Jincheng, Qian Jianping, Sun Wei, Jia Haiying and Qian Deying are no longer directors of the 7th Board of Directors of the Company. Eight members of the board of directors, including Zhang Yingdai, Ji Jun, Zhao Zongbo, Wang Yongliang, Ke Wangjun, Lin Ou, Sheng Jigang and Chen Zhongqian, were added.
