CIMC Raffles delivers "GengHai 1#" xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-05-28 16:32

On the afternoon of May 25, "GengHai 1#" modern marine ranch complex platform project built by CIMC Raffles was successfully delivered.
 
After delivery, "GengHai 1#" was settled in Laishan, Yantai. The settlement site was located outside the fisherman's wharf, 2 kilometers away from the coastline.
 
"GengHai 1#" is a net cage project for recreational fishery, with a total investment of 100 million yuan. Invested by Shandong Marine Group and participated in the design and development, the project was constructed in Yantai Base of CIMC Raffles, and reviewed by China Classification Society (CCS) for drawing and inspection. The vessel was launched on May 20.
 
"GengHai 1#" platform uses technologies such as 5G network and big data to improve the automation, informatization and intelligence of fishery equipment.
 
With the cooperation of universities, scientific research institutions and equipment manufacturers, "GengHai 1#" has carried out scientific and technological innovation projects to promote the development of marine economy.
 
Due to its unique and scientific design, "GengHai 1#" won the best innovation award at China International Marine Ranching in October 2018.
