On May 23, the first 59990 dwt domestic trade bulk carrier “XIN XIN HAI” (DY4075) built by New Dayang Shipbuilding was successfully delivered to the shipowner, which was the fifth ship delivered by New Dayang Shipbuilding this year.

On the same day, there was another Crown 63K bulk carrier going to sea for trial.

The ship is the first ship, and the workload of ship equipment debugging is very large. It is a great challenge for shipyard to contact the service provider and complete the trial voyage during the epidemic.

However, under the efficient arrangement of the project team of the general assembly department, all the small and medium nodes of the ship were completed on schedule.

In June 2018, SUMEC Marine and Dayang Shipyard signed a 59,990-ton domestic trade bulk carrier with a total length of 199.98 meters, a width of 34 meters, and a depth of 16.6 meters. Nearly 61,000 tons, emissions can reach Tier II.

This series of ships is a new ship type optimized by the company for domestic customers, which can bring more substantial economic benefits for shipowners. Therefore, the shipowners have ordered two additional ships.
