On the morning of May 11, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry (Guangdong) successfully delivered the sixth 1750TEU container ship (N805), which created better conditions for the completion of the annual work tasks.
Su Wenwei, general manager of the company, signed the ship delivery document with the shipowner's representative, and the signing ceremony was witnessed by the company's leaders, LR classification society, the shipowner's supervision team and the shipowner's project team representatives.
N805 sets a new series record for ship construction in launching integrity. In the process of construction, the project team self pressurized, and completed the installation of the whole ship's equipment, cable laying, key equipment wiring in the engine room and other projects, so as to realize the power on status of the distribution board.
After the resumption of work during the Spring Festival, affected by the epidemic, relevant personnel were unable to go to work in other places. In this case, the project team coordinated each department and completed the cleaning, painting, debugging and other work together.
In the later period, the company overcame the impact of the epidemic situation, actively cooperated with shipowners and ship inspections, and successfully completed the project delivery.
