On May 13, COSCO SHIPPING and Bank of Communications signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai.
 
Xu Lirong, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Group of COSCO Shipping Group, and Ren Deqi, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Bank of Communications attended the signing ceremony. Sun Yunfei, deputy general manager of COSCO Shipping Group, chief accountant, and member of the party group, and Lu Jiajin, deputy governor of Bank of Communications and party committee member, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
 
Prior to the signing ceremony, the two sides held friendly talks, saying that they will take this signing as an opportunity to continue to strengthen the integration of industry and finance, reduce the financing cost of enterprises, and realize the high-quality development of the real economy assisted by finance.
 
Persons in charge of relevant departments and branches of Bank of Communications; Finance Department, Capital Operation Department of COSCO Shipping Group, COSCO Shipping Development, as well as the financial personnel of COSCO Shipping Group participated in the above activities.
