COSCO SHIPPING Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Huayi COSCO SHIPPING 2020-05-13 11:05


On the afternoon of May 9, COSCO SHIPPING and Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company concluded a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. Capt. Xu Lirong, Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING, Mr. Fu Gangfeng, Director of the Board and President of COSCO SHIPPING, Mr. Liu Xunfeng, Chairman of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company, Ms. Wang Xia, President of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company, Mr. Rong Zhiqin, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Mr. Yuan Quan, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Mr. Wang Haimin, Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING, and Mr. Ma Xiaobin, Vice President of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company attended the signing ceremony. Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Mr. Huang Xiaowen and Vice President of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company Mr. Chen Yao signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties.
 
The two sides agreed that building on the achievements of previous cooperation, this agreement will provide them with an opportunity to further leverage their respective advantages and draw on each other’s strengths for coordinated development, thus creating massive space for a new round of strategic cooperation.
 
Executives from related departments and subsidiaries under Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company and heads of the Operating Management Division, Technology & Information Management Division, COSCO SHIPPING Lines, and COSCO SHIPPING Bulk also attended the event.
