CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping recently issued an announcement saying that from April 29, 2020:

 

1.Mr. Yang Li will resign as Chairman of the Board of the Company, Executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to work changes.

 

2.Mr. Zhong Jian will serve as executive director, chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the nomination committee.

 

Mr. Yang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors, and there is no matter regarding his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company.

 

Mr. Zhong, aged 57, has served as a non-executive director and member of the nomination committee of the company since September 2019, until he became an executive director, chairman of the board and chairman of the nominating committee on April 29, 2020. Mr. Zhong is currently a supervisor of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. Mr. Zhong once served as deputy general manager of Guangzhou Shipyard International and chairman of CSSC Huangpu Wenchong.
