Inmarsat’s Fleet Xpress users are now able to benefit from the launch of a free of charge COVID-19 video call with a trained health professional.
The service has been developed with Inmarsat’s Certified Application Provider and crew health management company, VIKAND Solutions, and powered by technology from FrontM, and is offered over new dedicated bandwidth service, Fleet Connect.
It allows the Master or Chief Officer to connect by video call to a trained health professional from Vikand, offering real-time advice on the coronavirus, its symptoms and what to look out for.
