Senior member of the Shanghai Shipbrokers Club Yangfan Group secured a new order of 18,500dwt chemical tanker from Singapore owner on April 9th, 2020. The ship’s LOA is about 164.34m, breadth 23m and design draft 9.55m.
The yard bagged one 23,000dwt chemical tanker order in Jan from a domestic owner and 4X1,868teu containerships from Zhejiang Seaport Shipping in March.
It is not easy for the yard to secure new order under the impact of the current epidemic and it has achieved remarkable results with the cooperation of the group and its subsidiaries.
