According to the announcement of CSSC, on March 19, China State Shipbuilding Corporation held a video conference of leading cadres, announcing adjustments to the main leaders of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry.
 
The leading party group of China State Shipbuilding Corporation decided:
 
1. Liu Zheng ceased to serve as Chairman, Supervisor of the Board of Supervisors of China State Shipbuilding Corporation,Chairman and Director of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry,and retired. Yang Zhizhong shall temporarily preside over the work of the board of directors of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry.
 
2. Liu Zheng ceased to serve as chairman and general manager of Dalian Ship Investment Holding. And Liu Zheng would no longer serve as director of Dalian Ship Investment Holding. Yang Zhizhong temporarily presided over the overall work of Dalian Ship Investment Holding.
 
3. Liu Zheng was removed from the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry. Yang Zhizhong temporarily presided over the work of the Party Committee of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry.
