1. China Customs is leading the formulation of "Cross-border E-commerce Standard Framework". From February 9 to February 10, China Customs will jointly organize with the World Customs Organization and hold the first World Customs Cross-border E-commerce Conference in Beijing.

5. China issues stricter rules on building new steel capacity. China has issued stricter rules on building new steel production capacity to replace obsolete facilities, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said on Monday.
6. Cosco Shipping Development set a ship finance investment fund with China Cinda Asset Management.
