On the afternoon of January 16, COSCO SHIPPING signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Construction Group (SCG). Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Capt. Xu Lirong and Chairman of SCG Mr. Xu Zheng attended the signing ceremony. Mr. Sun Yunfei, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of COSCO SHIPPING, and Mr. Ye Weidong, Vice President of SCG, inked the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
Chief Accountant Mr. Yin Keding, Chief Engineer Mr. Lu Feng of SCG, heads of SCG’s related departments and subsidiaries, as well as executives of the Executive Division, Strategy & Corporate Management Division, Operating Management Division and COSCO SHIPPING Assets also attended the signing ceremony.
