On January 7, Port of Lianyungang announced that the board of directors received the resignation report submitted by Wang Yunfei on January 6, 2020. Wang Yunfei applied for resignation of director, general manager and chief financial officer of the company due to job changes. Wang Yunfei's resignation report will take effect from the day it is delivered to the company's board of directors. Port of Lianyungang will hire a new general manager and chief financial officer as soon as possible.
 
Wang Yunfei's resume is as follows:
Wang Yunfei, male, Han nationality, born in October 1962, Former Deputy Director of Planning Management Section and Production Technology Section of Lianyungang Port Authority Construction Company, Deputy Manager of Lianyungang Port Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Infrastructure Division of Lianyungang Port Authority, Manager of the Second Division of Lianyungang Port Construction Headquarters, General Manager of Strategic Investment Department of Port Holding Group. He has been the general manager and chief financial officer of Lianyungang Port since March 2017; he has been a director of Lianyungang Port since May 2017.
