On December 16th, the first domestic 1,300-ton self-propelled self-propelled wind power installation ship "Tiejian Wind Power 01" built by COSCO Shipping (Qidong) Offshore was delivered for use, marking that China's offshore wind power installation has added a "big power".

The ship was invested and built by CRCC Harbour and Chanel Engineering Bureau Group, designed by the 708th institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. It is China's first heavy-lift self-propelled wind power installation which independently designed, developed, and built with complete independent intellectual property rights.

The comprehensive performance of the ship meets the construction requirements for the offshore wind farm site selection of "50 kilometers offshore and a maximum operating water depth of 50 meters". It is one of the most advanced and comprehensive offshore wind power installation vessels in China.
