President Wang Yongxin visits China Railway Hi-tech Ind. xinde marine news 2019-05-17 15:46


On May 9, 2019, Mr Wang Yongxin, President of China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) visited Mr Yi Tiejun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway Hitech Industrial Co., Ltd. in Beijing. The two parties entered into a comprehensive dialogue, revolving issues such as business cooperation and corporate management of “Belt and Road”. Mr Ding Lei, Vice President of CMES, accompanied Mr Wang in the visit.
 
Mr Yi extended his warm welcome to Mr Wang and his fellows for their visit and briefly described the development history of China Railway Hi-tech Industry. In response, Mr Wang was grateful for the warm reception from Mr Yi and offered his congratulations to China Railway Hi-tech Industry for its impressive performance in domestic and foreign business, which is a particular demonstration of China’s manufacturing power and craftsmanship spirit. He recalled that on March 13, China Merchants Group and China Railway Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The current visit to China Railway Hi-tech Industry is a moment for the strategic deployment between them in efforts to expand the scope of business cooperation in the maritime transportation and other fields. Mr Wang also illustrated the business characteristics of the various sections under CMES and pointed out the additional opportunities for their cooperation in the miscellaneous shipment business.
 
The two parties also had discussions on other topics of common interest. Other attendees included personnel from relevant departments of China Railway Hi-tech Industry, Mr Xu Zitao, General Manager of CMES Shanghai Changhang International Shipping Co., Ltd., and business heads.
