DASIN SHIPPING Awarded USCG Qualship 21 for 18 Vessels xinde marine news Anita Liu 2019-04-01 17:09


The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded Qualship 21 status to 18 bulk carriers owned and operated by DASIN SHIPPING PTE LTD, which was incorporated in Singapore. 
 
The Qualship 21 program rewards for managing and maintaining high quality vessel to meet the USCG strict requirements. 
 
In a letter to DASIN SHIPPING, A.H. MOORE,JR. Commander, U.S. Coast Guard stated, “Less than 20 percent of all foreign flagged vessels that operate in the United States meet the strict eligibility requirements of this program; therefore, I applaud the efforts of your organization and the master and crew of the QALSHIP 21 designated vessels for consistently maintaining an exceptional commitment to quality."
Dasin Shipping Pte Ltd is set up as an in-house ship management arm of Dasin Holdings Pte Ltd. At present, it manages a total of 19 Supramax bulk carriers engaged in worldwide trade.
