The world's largest seafarer service center settled in Qingdao!

On March 4, Shibei District of Qingdao signed a strategic cooperation agreement with V.Group, the world's largest ship management company, in the form of online video, and the project of China seafarers' headquarters base settled in Shandong Marine Industrial Park.
 
V.Group is the world's largest ship management company, headquartered in the United Kingdom. At present, it has more than 60 branches in 30 countries around the world. The group manages more than 2,200 ships, including tankers, chemical tankers, LNG ships, luxury cruise ships, drilling platforms and other vessels. It has established 37 seafarers bases worldwide, with more than 44,000 international high-end crew resources. 
 
The project signed this time is the 38th seafarer base set up by V.Group in the world and the first seafarer headquarter base set up in China.
 
Seafarers are an indispensable part of the development of the marine industry. The settlement of the seafarers' headquarter is of strategic significance for the construction of the core area of Qingdao International Shipping Trade Finance Innovation Center in Shibei District.
 
V.Group will set up the management headquarter of northern China in Shandong Marine Industrial Park. Shandong Marine Industrial Park is one of the important bearers of the "1412" development pattern of Shibei District. It is also a provincial marine industrial park recognized by Shandong Development and Reform Commission and Shandong Ocean Bureau.
