SDTR Marine Pte. Ltd. (SDTR) is a shipping company incorporated in Singapore. The company is a joint venture between Shandong Shipping Corporation and Transcenden Global Pte. Ltd.  

The company currently focuses its activities on operating Kamsarmax, Panamax,Ultramax and Supramax vessels, carrying grain, coal, iron ore, fertilizer,bauxite and mineral cargoes.

SDTR operates a fleet of 14 newly delivered Kamsarmax bulk carriersincorporated into different owning structures. This fleet will increase to more than 25 vessels in the next three years (2019-2022).

SDTR has a strategic plan to build a drybulk fleet via a mix of owned, managed, bareboat chartered and time chartered tonnage to serve our industry clients, and to build a platform for shippingasset investment and management.

Position Title:

Operation Manager

Responsibilities：

· Provide and monitor the entire operations through liaising with agents, masters, bunker suppliers, ocean route company, vessel brokers &insurer to ensure all shipments run smoothly.

· Maintain operational optimization to add value to maximize profitsand minimize losses or costs.

· Prepare all relevant documentary instructions to variouscounterparties, and assist Chartering Desk to check and verify the informationrequested.

· Calculate the Freight/Hire and any laytime and Demurrage/Despatch incurred.

· Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis,decision making and reporting.

· Involve the handling and settlement of legal case with Club and Lawyer.

· Coordinate the management Department to solve the ship technicalIssues.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements：

· 3- 5 year of relevant working experience

· Proficient in Chinese and English Language

· Proficient in handling of legal case

· Hard working & flexible in work timing as per work requirement

· Possess good planning and organizing skills 

· Able to work independently and good team player

·整理归档船舶相关文件.

·运费/租金以及装卸时间等滞期速遣的计算

·系统数据的录入及维护

·处理相关法律纠纷.

·协助管理部解决船舶安技方面的问题.

·其它工作

职位要求：

· 3- 5 年相关操作方面的经验

·流利的中英文读写能力

·熟练的处理法律纠纷的能力

·可以根据工作需要调整工作时间

·良好的计划和组织能力

·独立解决工作问题的能力，并善于团队协作
