Delivery of Self Unloading Coal Carrier with high level xinde marine news 2018-07-04 16:52



On the morning 3rd July, 2018, Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard Group built for Korea owner one unit 15000DWT Self Unloading Coal Carrier, a special transferring vessel named “JK GUNJANG”. It sail smoothly advance one month compared with contract delivery date. At the present only three big SUCC exist in Korea coal transferring market, two of them are built by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard Group.
 
The vessel is equipped with high-precision coal self-unloading system, will not only promote the capacity and efficiency of unloading coal in port, but also reduce the loss during coal transferring, to avoid the coal dust produced in the process of discharging from the vessel to port, greatly improve the economic efficiency of vessel operation and environmental protection level. The specialized coal vessel is with the international advanced level of energy-saving and environmental protection, having a broad market prospect.
 
The vessel has a length of 142.1m, breadth of 24m, depth of 10.35m, maximum unloading transport capacity of 1500t/h, transport beam length of 35m, working radius of 35m. It register in KR, meeting the requirement of class notation of +KRS0C - Bulk Carrier ‘ESP’IWS+KRM0C.
