China will lower tariffs on imports from some Asia-Pacific countries beginning in July, according to an announcement released Tuesday by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council.

The list of over 8,500 goods and items applicable to tariffs cut include chemicals, agricultural products, medical supplies, clothes, steel and aluminum products from Bangladesh, India, Laos, South Korea and Sri Lanka.
