Recently, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard signed the construction contracts for two types of four self-developed ships with two shipowners after undertaking four 82,600 dwt self-developed bulk carriers in mid July.

Also as a self-developed ship type of Chengxi Shipyard, the ship has greatly optimized its performance and layout on the basis of 82,000 dwt bulk carrier, with the load capacity increased by nearly 600 dwt and the cargo tank capacity up to 97,500 m3.
All performance indicators are in an international leading position, characterized by green environmental protection, excellent performance, large cargo capacity, and strong adaptability, meeting Tier III emission requirements and EEDI Phase III.
Since this year, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard has undertaken a total of 25 shipbuilding contracts, covering a variety of ship types such as multi-purpose heavy lift vessels, product tankers, asphalt tankers, and bulk carriers.
