COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Launches East Coast of South America to Europe (ESE2) Service Xinde Marine News 2023-07-14 09:19


COSCO SHIPPING Holdings announced a new weekly service ESE2, connecting North Europe and Mediterranean to the East Coast of South America (ECSA) to be launched in September 2023, providing our valued customers with high quality and more efficient product.

The new branded ESE2 service will commence in Montevideo on 16th September. 

Rotation:  Rotterdam – London Gateway – Hamburg – Antwerp – Lisbon – Algeciras – Santos – Paranagua – Montevideo – Buenos Aires – Itapoa – Paranagua – Santos – Rio De Janeiro – Algeciras – Rotterdam.


Features of ESE2 are the following: 

(1)We have achieved full coverage of the South America East region and radiated to markets such as Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay more effectively. The callings such as Santos, Rio de Janeiro, Paranagua, Itapoa and other major ports in Plata have been included. 

(2)Achieving more precise delivery to the European region.ESE2 calls various base ports in Europe including consuming markets such as UK, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. The calling of Lisbon reflects the diversity of this service and will boast the continuous development for potential market. 

(3)ESE2 provides stable weekly service and offer very competitive transit time for ECSA to Europe(Santo to Rotterdam 18 days) and vice versa(Rotterdam to Santo 26 days) which assist our clients to achieve greater goals. With extensive truck and feedering network connections, the new service will be facilitated by expansive supply chain products to reach main economic regions of East Coast South America.
