COSCO SHIPPING Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Yihai Kerry COSCO SHIPPING 2023-07-13 11:10


On July 4, a delegation headed by Chairman of Wilma International Mr. Kuok Khoon Hong visited COSCO SHIPPING, and witnessed the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd.and China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited, in the presence of Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Mr. Wan Min.

Executive Vice President of Yihai Kerry Mr. Niu Yuxin and Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Mr. Lin Ji signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

Both Yihai Kerry and COSCO SHIPPING have significant strengths and influence in their respective industries. Their industrial chains are closely interconnected, providing a solid foundation and ample opportunities for collaboration in various areas. 
 
To fully leverage the business advantages of both parties, enhance coordination, and achieve common growth, they have entered into this cooperation agreement. By utilizing their respective advantageous resources and following the principles of mutual benefit, strategic alliance, and mutual complementation, they will engage in extensive collaboration in the food supply chain, container shipping, bulk cargo transportation, whole-process logistics supply chain, digitalization, and ship repair and construction. This long-term strategic partnership aims to continuously improve the core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of the businesses involved, enhance their overall competitiveness, and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.
 
During the discussions preceding the agreement signing, the two parties reflected on their existing collaboration and discussed the future prospects of cooperation. 

Representatives from Wilma International, Yihai Kerry, and other relevant companies and divisions under COSCO SHIPPING were also present at the meeting and ceremony.
