On June 15, 2023 International Forum on Ballast Water Technology was held in Shanghai. More than 100 representatives from shipowners, shipyards, classification societies and other related companies witnessed the world premiere of this product and had an in-depth exchange with SunRui's technical team.

Relying on its rich experience in ship delivery and service, SunRui has continued to optimize and upgrade its products and successfully launched the BalClor® Smart ballast water management system. Compared to the traditional BalClor® system, the BalClor® Smart ballast water management system eliminates filtration and requires only electrolytic dosing for the ballast process: 1-2% of seawater is taken for electrolysis.
 

With the optimisation of the ballast treatment process, the BalClor® Smart Ballast Water Management System is more than 10% smaller than its predecessor and is more flexible in terms of field layout, allowing it to be perfectly adapted to all types of vessels, while at the same time significantly reducing the maintenance costs of the equipment.

In order to meet the differentiated needs of our customers, SunRui has also launched the BalClor®Hybrid ballast water management system.The BalClor® Hybrid system has the same hardware configuration as the BalClor® system and the control system can be freely switched between BalClor® or BalClor® Smart mode. The user can select the appropriate mode of operation depending on the specific shipping route, stopping port and delivery schedule.

 

The release of the new generation system further enriches the product system of the company's marine ballast water treatment industry and meets the diversified needs of customers.In the future, SunRui will continue to increase the research and development and upgrade of products such as ship ballast water management system, ship clean fuel supply system and ship exhaust gas treatment system, and continuously strengthen the construction of global after-sales service system to bring customers even better products and services.
