Chengxi Shipyard delivered an 82,000 dwt bulk carrier to the Greek shipowner Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2023-06-13 14:07

On June 12, the 82,000 dwt bulk carrier "EMMY", built by CSSC Chengxi Shipyard for the Greek shipowner Prodigy, was successfully christened and delivered 110 days in advance.

"EMMY" is the fourth generation 82,000 dwt Kamsarmax bulk carrier, featuring green environment, excellent performance, large cargo capacity and strong adaptability.

The ship has a total length of 229 meters, a molded width of 32.26 meters, a molded depth of 20.35 meters, a designed draft of 12.2 meters, a service speed of 14 knots, and meets IMO Tier III emission standards. The main engine is equipped with a high-pressure denitrification SCR system, and is classified into BV.
