Milestone! China Electric Ship Innovation Alliance established Xinde Marine News Vivian Xu 2023-02-10 16:42


On February 8, the China Electric Ship Innovation Alliance developed by China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited and COSCO Shipping Development was established.
 
More than 80 companies attended the founding conference of the China Electric Ship Innovation Alliance, including the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, the Center for International Economic and Technological Cooperation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, P.R.C., the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the Yangtze River Maritime Safety Administration, the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, China Classification Society and China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. They witnessed another important milestone in the history of green shipping in China.


The signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement of Green water Zero Carbon Project was also held at the establishment conference. COSCO Shipping Development, China Merchants Capital, China Energy Engineering and China Cheng Tong signed cooperation agreement.
