China's three ports listed in the APSN Green Ports 2022 Xinde Marine News Vivian Xu 2022-10-20 16:16

On October 18, Mr. Marc-Yves Bertin, President of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Port Services Network (APSN), announced the list of the APSN Green Ports 2022 during the forum on Asia-Pacific Port Security and Inclusive Recovery. China's Lannan Berth 15# of Lanshan Port of Rizhao, No.9 Branch Company of Qinhuangdao Port, Taicang Wugang Terminal three ports has been recognised as Green Port in 2022.
 
The Green Port Award System (GPAS) programme is a green evaluation system for ports in the APEC region developed by APSN with the endorsement of the APEC forum. There are 11 ports listed in the APSN Green Ports 2022: Hutchison Ports (Thailand), Johor Port (Malaysia), Jurong Port (Singapore), Kuantan Port (Malaysia), Lannan Berth 15# of Lanshan Port of Rizhao (China), Manila International Container Terminal (Philippines), Manila South Harbor (Philippines), No.9 Branch Company of Qinhuangdao Port (China) and Penang Port (Malaysia), Salaverry Terminal International (Peru), Taicang Wugang Terminal (China).
