On September 13, Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding and China Shipbuilding Trading delivers a 24,000 TEU ultra-large container ship "Ever Aria" to Evergreen Line.
The ship is the sister ship of "Ever Alot" delivered by Hudong-Zhonghua on June 22 this year. The successful delivery of the ship marks that Hudong-Zhonghua has achieved the world's largest container ship continuous production.
Hudong-Zhonghua currently has a total of 9 orders for 24,000 TEU ultra-large container ships, ranking first among China's major shipyards. There are 5 ships from Evergreen and 4 ships from MSC. At present, 2 ships have been delivered, 5 ships are under construction, and 1 ship will be delivered within the year.
