Cleopatra Doumbia-Henry博士拥有超过30年的专业和学术经验，是一名国际律师，在海事法、劳工标准和劳工法以及国际组织法方面的全球领袖代表。她是国际法领域的杰出学者，也是可持续发展和创新的国际倡导者。世界海事大学是在国际海事组织（IMO）机构下的一所大学。经国际海事组织（IMO）秘书长任命，她成为世界海事大学（WMU）的第七任校长。
