On January 17, the world's first zero-carbon terminal was awarded the "Carbon Neutrality Certificate" issued by China Classification Society, marking that Tianjin Port No. 2 Container Terminal Co., Ltd. became the first "carbon neutral" enterprise certified by an authoritative organization in the port industry.
 
China Classification Society carried out on-site inspections on Tianjin Port No. 2 Container Terminal, witnessed the process of emissions, and awarded Tianjin Port No. 2 Container Terminal with "Carbon Neutrality Certificate".
 
In the next step, Tianjin Port Group will set the goal of a world-class green port, accelerate the construction of a "zero-carbon port", continue to lead the low-carbon development of the world's ports.
