Xiamen port coal imports up 175pct on yr in Feb xinde marine news 2018-03-07 15:23



Xiamen in southwestern China's Fujian province witnessed coal imports at 1.04 million tonnes in 22 batches in February, up by 175% from the preceding year, reported China Quality News, showed data from Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
 
Meanwhile, total value of coal imports stood at 70.63 million yuan, up by 433.5% year on year, data showed.
 
The port radiated not merely Fujian province, but other Southeastern coastal provinces like Guangdong, Jiangxi etc.
