The fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress opens in Beijing on March 5, 2021. Premier Li Keqiang said in the Government Work Report that port construction fees should be cancelled.
 
In view of this year's key work, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that the government will use reform measures to promote the reduction of operation costs of enterprises.
 
China will advance reform of basic industries such as energy, transportation and telecommunications, improve service efficiency and reduce charging levels.
 
From March 1 to June 30, the port construction fee for import and export cargoes will be exempted, and the government's pricing fees such as port cargo fees and port facility security fees will be reduced by 20%.
