On September 1, Fujian Provincial government decided to appoint Li Xinghu as chairman of Fujian Port Group. Chen Kexiang was relieved from the position of general manager of Fujian Provincial Transportation Group.

State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Fujian Province holds 100% holdings in Fujian Port Group, with Chen Zhiping as vice chairman.

Li Xinghu, born in 1970, graduated from Wuhan University of Technology. In his early years, he served as deputy general manager of Fuzhou Port Group, deputy General manager, Vice chairman and general manager of Fujian Provincial Communication Transportation Group.

Chen Zhiping, born in 1966. In 2018, served as secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xiamen Port Holding Group.
