COSCO SHIPPING International:Zhu Jianhui Appointed Chairman of the Board

COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) announced yesterday that from March 4, 2020, Wang Yuhang resigned as the company's executive director and chairman of the board due to job adjustments. On the same day, Zhu Jianhui, executive director, deputy chairman and general manager of the board of directors, was appointed as chairman of the board.
 
A personnel appointment of COSCO SHIPPING International in January 2018 was a personnel adjustment that was in line with this appointment: Since January 15, 2018, Wang Yuhang has been appointed as the executive director and chairman of the board of directors of COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong). The company executive director and deputy chairman of the board Zhu Jianhui has been appointed as general manager of the board of directors, chairman of the corporate governance committee, member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee.
