As a pioneer in green shipping solutions, ContiOcean remains committed to the mission: "Enabling the effective adoption of green energy and protecting the Earth's environment."

Key highlights of the listing:
Proceeds of HK$273.4M will fuel strategic initiatives, including:
50% for R&D investment.
15% for potential mergers and acquisitions.
15% to lease production facilities in China or Southeast Asia.
10% for new service centers and upgrades.
10% for working capital and general corporate purposes.

With cutting-edge technologies in exhaust gas cleaning, energy-saving devices, and clean-energy systems, ContiOcean is dedicated to empowering the global shipping industry with sustainable and innovative solutions while meeting IMO standards.
