Jiangnan Shipyard delivered a 93,000 m3 VLGC to Southwest Maritime Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2023-07-20 17:05

On July 18, the second 93,000 m3 VLGC "GAS NEPTUNE" built by CSSC Jiangnan Shipyard for Southwest Maritime was officially signed and delivered.

The 93,000 m3 VLGC is the fourth-generation VLGC boutique ship type (Panda 93P) independently developed and designed by Jiangnan Shipyard. The ship has a total length of 230 meters, a width of 36.6 meters, and a service speed of 16.5 knots. It meets the latest NOx TierIII and SOx emission requirements of IMO, and also meets the emission requirements of EEDI Phase III.
 
"GAS NEPTUNE", the second and final vessel in Southwest Maritime's 93,000 m3 VLGC series, was named on May 24, the same day as the first vessel in the series, “GAS JUPITER”.
