On May 16, the christening and delivery ceremony of the 24,000 DWT crude tanker No. 2 "CHANG XIANG ZHOU" built by CSSC Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry for Nanjing Tanker was held at CSSC Chengxi Shipyard.
This type of ship was designed by MARIC, with a total length of 152.8m, a width of 27m, a depth of 13.7m, a structural draft of 9.5m, and a design speed of 12.8 knots.
Both "CHANG XIANG ZHOU" and the previously delivered sister ship "CHANG JI ZHOU" are new types of green, low-carbon and environmentally friendly crude tankers, which meet the latest CCS green ecological ship regulations.
