On April 24, CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding held the christening and delivery ceremony for the ship "SEACON HAMBURG", which was a New Panamax 85,000 dwt bulk carrier built for Seacon Shipping Group Holdings.
"SEACON HAMBURG" has a total length of 228.9m, a beam of 36m, a molded depth of 20.15m, a design draft of 11.8m, a structural draft of 14m, a load capacity of 85,600 dwt, and a cargo hold capacity of 106,000 m3.
This type of ship meets the requirements of low-carbon environmental protection and green development. Its EEDI has reached Phase Ⅱ, and it complies with 2020 sulphur cap, clean green passport,and relevant classification society regulations.
