On April 14, the 24,000 TEU ultra-large container ship "MSC LORETO", which was built by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding for CDB Leasing and Mediterranean Shipping Company, was delivered and put into operation.
The 24,000 TEU ultra-large container ship is currently the new generation of ultra-large container ship type with the largest load capacity, with an actual loading capacity of 24,346 TEU.
There are a total of 6 ships of the same type series, all of which were built by Yangzi Xinfu, a subsidiary of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group, and this delivery is the second ship of this type.
