In order to further prevent vessel collision accidents, on August 11, Fujian MSA formally defined in Fujian Shacheng Bay, Funing Bay, east of Lianjiang, east of Pingtan, southeast of Niushan island, southeast of Nanri island, Quanzhou Bay, Xiamen Bay, Futou Bay, southeast of Dongshan island for Fujian's first "merchant fishing vessel collision risk warning area".
