On April 7th, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of CSSC, built for ICBC Leasing, and chartered by CITIC Metal, the 210,000 dwt Newcastle bulk carrier "TRUST SHANGHAI" was successfully christened and delivered.

"TRUST SHANGHAI" is independently designed and built by Waigaoqiao, with a total length of 299.88m, a width of 50m, a depth of 25.2m and a sailing speed of 14.5 knots. It meets the Tier III and HCSR standards and is classified into BV classification society.
 
The ship's mooring arrangement complies with the new Panama Canal Code of 2021 and has been equipped with helicopter fire protection in accordance with the latest IACS FFS Code requirements.

"TRUST SHANGHAI" is the second vessel of this series of projects. The vessel has good performance indexes, superior fuel consumption indexes, advanced and applicable facilities, and has been praised by all parties.
