On January 25, China Shipbuilding Trading and Huangpu Wenchong Shipnuilding signed a 2+2 1500TEU container ship construction contract with Greek shipowner COSMOSHIP. Representatives of all parties sign the contract through cloud signing.
This type of ship has a total length of 171.98 meters, a width of 24.29 meters, a depth of 13.6 meters, and a deadweight of 22,700 tons, meeting the TIII emission requirements.
This project is another cooperation between China Shipbuilding Trading/Huangpu Wenchong and its old customer COMOSHIP. Both parties have completed the delivery of 4 ships of the same type last year.
